so paid for, shall be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis

of amount/charges upfront either from subscriber or from a third party
on behalf of the subscriber. Subscription so paid will not be transferable
i.e. it is for the same person throughout the period of subscription.

amount paid by the subscriber.
